How Basic-Fit and Romy Curvy Inspired a Fitness Revolution

Goals and objectives

Basic-Fit is the largest fitness brand in Europe. Basic-Fit has +/- 1200 fitness clubs in Europe, including 231 in the Netherlands, 219 in Belgium, 10 in Luxembourg, 647 in France, 90 in Spain, and 3 in Germany.

While ”basic” used to refer to a basic set of equipment, it now primarily signifies the goal of making fitness a fundamental element accessible to everyone.

The brand aims to expand even further and focus on a target audience with significant growth opportunities. Basic-Fit aims to enhance its brand image among women aged 16 to 54 in Flanders.

Basic Fit wants exercise to become a natural habit but it is very difficult to establish a routine. Research showed that you need +/- 12 weeks to create a habit. How can we make people participate for 12 weeks? It’s important to include an influencer that can support this 12-week-movement.
