Goals and objectives

Hyundai has been supporting the Czech Football National Team for years. Even though Hyundai is one of the main sponsors of the national team and although they have invested significant funds into the partnership, the sponsorship has not yielded the expected results for the car manufacturer. Even football fans were not very aware of the brand’s activities.

It was our main objective to change this and to create a communication campaign for the occasion of the EURO 2020 tournament, which would significantly increase awareness of the Hyundai brand as the main partner of the Czech Football National Team. We did not want to merely purchase all the available media space, which would be rather expensive, but we wanted rather to create content that would be enjoyable both for football fans and for the general public that take an interest in the successes of the Czech squad. We wanted to do all this with a clear link to the Hyundai brand.

It was our partial objective to introduce one of the cars produced by the automotive company that has a production plant also in the Czech Republic – namely, the hybrid model Hyundai TUCSON.
