Goals and objectives
Ellos has existed since 1947 and is currently one of the leading e-business companies in the Nordic countries in the fields of fashion, beauty and home. Before the advent of e-business, Ellos’ customers ordered products by mail and therefore, some consumers still view Ellos as a mail-order business. The awareness of the Ellos brand is generally quite high throughout the Danish population, which is why Ellos wanted to work with the qualified awareness and brand the webshop as “the online department store for women”. Specifically, the purpose was to raise awareness of the Ellos product range to an attractive, discerning and opinion-forming audience thus ultimately enhancing the purchase intention.
