Goals and objectives
Janek Chocolate is a small Czech family business from the eastern part of the country. It was established in 2015 when it was founded by a trio of young friends. A few months before founding the Czech chocolate factory, they were on an internship in the Netherlands, where they learned how genuine chocolate is made and what it tastes like. Their mission is to produce quality and delicious chocolate honestly, using traditional manufacturing processes and the best ingredients. Thus, they opened their own production facility and began to learn how to make chocolate. Gradually, they evolved from a small workshop into a popular and growing company that every year produces dozens of types of chocolates, nougat, pralines, and other chocolate delicacies.
As the chocolate factory grows in production, so does it grow in marketing. From a local company that primarily sold in its vicinity at markets and in local shops, it is today a full-fledged online store with a few brick-and-mortar stores as well and a network of clients.
Social media and performance campaigns have primarily helped them achieve significant growth in recent years. However, the owners have started to feel that this is no longer sufficient for further growth and that they need to build a strong brand. Moreover, more competition is emerging that produces chocolate in a similar manner. Therefore, they approached us to help increase their brand awareness and establish themselves as the highest quality chocolate brand, thereby expanding Janek’s demand nationwide.
