Why the Shaw Prize Campaign Successfully Engaged Hong Kong's Public

Ahead of this campaign, SCMP’s research found that there was minimal public knowledge about the Shaw Prize, but there was a curiosity to understand its categories. The Prize has been recognised for its Nobel-like status, but interest in it had declined over time. With this in mind, the goals of our campaign were to spread awareness of The Shaw Foundation and increase the Shaw Prize’s recognition and prestige among the target audiences.
