3M is more than Post-it Notes and Scotch tape. The Minnesota-based company manufactures more than 55,000 products – including welding masks, ear plugs and countless other innovations that protect the lives of the world’s workers.
3M wanted to unite the company around the concept of safety as a fundamental human need. Bloomberg Media leveraged a full suite of intelligence, knowledge partners, brand consulting services, creative studio and media platforms to create an integrated campaign on behalf of 3M. By spotlighting the impact of 3M science and increasing awareness around proper safety practices from India to Indiana, 3M unveiled a unified brand narrative establishing themselves as champions of the safety that improves quality of life to a target audience of global business decision makers.
Specifically, the campaign sought to:
· Create an ownable platform around 3M health and safety and its impact on socio-economic challenges
·Communicate the breadth of 3M divisions and products on a global scale
·Develop stronger business relationships and customer prospects with both private and public sectors across the U.S., Asia and Europe
