Kat currently holds the position of Global Chief Media Officer of MRM Media, an IPG/McCann Worldgroup company, charged with leading and innovating the agency culture, driving agency growth and developing strategic positioning for the agency and key clients.
An accomplished media and marketing leader with experience leading media agencies and clients both in the US and internationally, Kat is widely recognized as a visionary and transformational leader, implementing award-winning communications solutions and helping brands thrive in today’s chaotic media and marketing climate.
Prior to joining MRM, Kat held positions of increasing authority at some of advertising’s most admired and respected companies including Chief Media Officer of Trilia Media, President of Havas NY and CEO of L’Agence PLUS, Chanel’s bespoke agency at WPP.
With an eye towards future-proofing client business, Kat has led successful outcomes for a diverse variety of clients and industries, including; P&G, Chanel, Bacardi, CVS, Delta, Booking.com, Nestle, Sephora, Unilever and the NFL. As an active industry voice, Kat often speaks and writes on the topics of media & marketing Innovation, the future of brands and category disruption.
Kat lives with her family in Westchester, is an avid traveler, active soccer mom and photography junkie.
