Goals and objectives

24sata Oriđiđi production is a brand of the media company 24sata and a leading media company in video trends on digital platforms. The goal of Oriđiđi video awards metaverse project is to position the 24sata brand among agencies and advertisers of the Adriatic region as the media brand which is innovative as well as bold, keeps quality in mind above all else and aims to keep track of professionalism as well as the final product of video as a format.
The challenge that this product overcame is to show marketing agencies as well as advertisers that 24sata Oriđiđi production doesn’t just follow trends, but sets trends in the digital video market in Croatia and the region. The insight which led us to the solution was the well known fact that agencies and advertisers love to receive awards. That was why we created the Oriđiđi Video Awards - the first relevant awards ceremony among video creators; agencies and advertisers through 10 different categories and assembled a jury of experts from various industries who rated the applications and chose the category winners.
To further solidify our position as innovators in the media industry in Croatia, which is a relatively small market, the awards ceremony was held in the metaverse. It became the first awards ceremony held in the metaverse in Croatia and the Adriatic region where over a hundred avatars (representatives from the agencies and advertisers) have come together in a virtual event.
