Goals and objectives
HEP is the leading national electricity provider since 1895 and has been only player on the market for a long time. Despite their long presence, HEP had not so good public reputation which was starting to affect them business wise since new providers entered the Croatian market. Also, HEP had a brand new campaign "More than electricity" which represented their overall business but needed to be told in a way to get close to general public (through all target groups). So, we had two clear goals - to reach as many people as possible from different target groups and present them HEPs' story. Our second goal was changing reputation of an untrusted provider.
