Goals and objectives
DNA is one of Finland’s main mobile service and equipment providers.
As such, their primary goal for this campaign was to reach children and parents, who are currently considering purchasing a first phone for their own tiny ducklings. The main message DNA wanted to portray was that DNA, its products and services help families everyday lives run more smoothly.
The goal was to help these parents and children with questions they might have on all the different things one has to consider while buying children a phone for the first time. DNA wanted to educate the core audience on things one might have to consider in this situation, many of which might be a bit abstract and hard to understand for younger kids especially. Parents' concerns could include things such as what things to take into consideration while picking out a suitable phone model for a child, how to conduct oneself online and teach this to kids, what are the rules of social media and what to take into consideration when it comes to information security.
