Goals and objectives
DP World wanted to enhance its brand reputation, acquire a position of thought leadership, and tell better stories to relevant audiences to generate deeper engagement. To achieve this, DP World had three distinct goals:
- Engage new customers and stakeholders.
- Increase brand uplift increase brand uplift by communicating DP World’s core purpose, that DP World makes trade flow, to change what’s possible for everyone.
- Drive increase in audience consideration by communicating that DP World is a voice of authority/source of truth when it comes to the future of trade.
