About the conference

Where is the conference?

Native Advertising DAYS will be held at the Estrel Berlin, Germany. You’re going to love it. The venue is the biggest conference hotel in Europe(!) and it has all the necessities for making a valuable conference experience.

Make sure to reserve your rooms early, they may sell out quickly. Don’t miss your chance of being in the center of all the conference fun and action.

The NAI doesn’t manage hotel bookings. Any questions related to accommodations should thus be directed to the hotel.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. If you are a group of 3+, we offer 15% off your order. Please contact hello@native-institute.com.The discount cannot be combined with additional promotional offers.

Is food included in my pass?

Morning coffee, refreshments, and lunch are included in your ticket and will be available onsite. Dinner is at your own expense. Berlin is packed with amazing restaurants and gastronomic experiences, so don’t pass on this opportunity while you are there.

What is Native Advertising DAYS' payment policy?

Native Advertising DAYS tickets can be purchased with:

What is Native Advertising DAYS cancellation policy?

All purchases of passes for Native Advertising DAYS are non-refundable in their entirety. Your pass remains the property of Native Advertising Institute and is a personal revocable license, which may be withdrawn and refused at any time upon a refund of the printed registration price.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of a conference or event the liability of Native Advertising Institute is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.

Cancellation for a full refund, minus a €100 processing fee is permitted until 12 AM CEST October 1st. No refunds or rollovers given for cancellation after or for event no-shows. If you must cancel a registration, please use the Xing cancellation option in our ticket platform before the deadline date and time.

Name changes will be facilitated free of charge up to 60 days prior to the commencement of the event. Within 60 days of the commencement of the event the following handling charges will apply;

  • A handling charge of €75 will apply for a name change within 60 days of the commencement of the event.
  • The handling charge will be increased to €100 for a name change within 30 days of the event.
  • No name changes will be facilitated seven days prior to the commencement of the event and the ticket price will be forfeited. For questions about registration or assistance with any registration problems, please contact us at hello@native-institute.com.
