Max Thinius is one of Europes leading futurologists with a focus on retail and society and founder and chairman of PlayInnovation, an innovation-company with a close eye on innovations in retail (disruptive business models as well as products), urban development and daily life.
Since 1988, Max is also an expert on sustainability in urban environments. Additionally, he is one of the co-creators of the „integral-company“, a company gaining its success out of ROI (Return on Investment) in cooperation with innovating prosperity for society (ROP – Return on Prosperity). This was developed in co-creation with Rockefeller Foundation. On the base of this, he built the MAMA AG, an investment house for sustainable technologies, together with 3M. Later he was co-creator of the first sustainable rating-agency for financial-products, the “Carlo Foundation” in Liechtenstein.
Today, Max is the company-spokesperson of AllyouneedFresh.de, Germanys most innovative online-supermarket from Deutsche Post DHL Group, as well as the spokesperson of Forum Lebensmittel in bevh (Germany most relevant Online-Trade-Association / Bundesverband E-Commerce und Versandhandel Deutschland e.V) and co-founder of the „NextGenerationFood“ Think-Tank – the mother of all Food-Think-Tanks.
