As MSL’s Chief Influence Strategist, Erin is responsible for shaping and innovating their vision and offerings around influence. In this role, she envisioned a new offering that would be able to quantify the role of influence against brand lift and commerce.
This vision led to the creation of a new global hybrid offering between all of Publicis Communications and Publicis Media agencies called Conversation2Commerce. Under the supervision of Arthur Sadoun, CEO of Publicis Groupe and Guillaume Herbette, CEO of MSL, Erin is responsible for the innovation and global expansion of Conversation2Commerce. The platform has shattered expectations delivering significantly more engagement, brand lift and sales for our global clients.
At this year’s Cannes Festival, Erin co-paneled a conference titled Augmented Influence, which focused on emerging knowledge which suggests that earned media can generate stronger emotions and a better response rate to drive commerce and credibility.
