Where?

Native Advertising Days will be held at the Estrel Berlin Hotel & Congress Center, Berlin, Germany. The conference is located in Berlin’s Neuköln district.

When?

Registration

How do I register?

You can register for Native Advertising Days on our registration page starting July 2016.

How much does it cost?

The conference ticket costs €935 excel. VAT. The early bird was €200 cheaper, but that bird has flown.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. If you are a group of 6 or more, we offer 15% off your order. Please contact tickets@native-institute.com to complete this request.

Is food included in my pass?

Breakfeast, coffee, refreshments, and lunch is included in your ticket and will be available onsite. Dinner is at your own expense. Berlin is packed with amazing restaurants and gastronomic experiences, so don’t pass on this opportunity while you are here.  

What is Native Advertising Days’ payment policy?

The easiest way to pay for your Native Advertising Days Ticket registration is with a credit card through the online registration process. On orders of €1500 or more, we can also invoice you if you would prefer that. Please contact tickets@native-insitute.com to complete this request.

What is Native Advertising Days cancellation policy?

All purchases of tickets for Native Advertising Days are non-refundable in their entirety. Your ticket remains the property of Native Advertising Institute and is a personal revocable license, which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon a refund of the printed registration price. 

In the unlikely event of cancellation of a conference or event the liability of Native Advertising Institute is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.

Name changes will be facilitated free of charge up to 60 days prior to the commencement of the event. Within 60 days of the commencement of the event the following handling charges will apply:

  • A handling charge of €50 will apply for a name change within 60 days of the commencement of the event.
  • The handling charge will be increased to €100 for a name change within 30 days of the event.
  • No name changes will be facilitated seven days prior to the commencement of the event and the ticket price will be forfeited. For questions about registration or assistance with any registration problems, please contact us at tickets@native-institute.com.

Refund Policy

  • If you cancel before July 15st 2016 you will be refunded your registration fee less a 10% processing fee
  • If you cancel on or after July 1st but before August 15st 2016, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
  • If you cancel on or after August 15st but before September 15st 2016, you will be refunded 25% of your registration fee.
  • If you cancel on or after September 15st 2016, you will not be eligible for a refund, but may send someone in your place.
