Goals and objectives

CzechTourism, which commissioned the project, is the Czech headquarters for tourism. It is a state contributory organization that falls under the auspices of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic. The fundamental objective of CzechTourism is to promote the Czech Republic as a tourist destination not only abroad, but domestically as well. We wanted to support our client in reaching their goals.

Thanks to insights from the client, we knew that the Czechs prefer to take short holidays abroad as it gives them a feeling of adventure and exploration. Thus, it was our greatest challenge to motivate our viewers to set out to explore local beauty and make the realization that the atmosphere, beautiful historical monuments and the unique gastro-scene in Czechia are definitely worth exploring firsthand. In cooperation with the Czech actor, the author of the Gastromap project and influencer, Lukáš Hejlík, we prepared a series that was supposed to introduce the viewers to the mysteries of the 14 regions we visited our a span of 14 days with our crew.
